I plug one of the cables in the hdmi but it doesn’t work I think u need to plug in the other one I don’t know where please help dreamgalss
I think this is crucial and very helpfull especially on the go wich i still need to test after i received my order
love the product but the usb and hdmi stopped working for me and i cant get help
I have 2 pairs of the glasses and the compute box. I got them due to the apps advertised and the promise of ambient mode. Some I purchased through the site, and some through IndieGogo
As an additional monitor to the switch or steam deck, they work fine. But the view dominates your vision and you can't do anything like lock a location using AR or change the screen size like Xreal or some of the competitors can. The only thing I see that it has on it's competitors is the fact that you can remove the sunglasses which is great for indoors or when it's dark out, but I don't think that tilts the scales. As far as I can tell, there are no actual AR functionalities.
The compute box is where I really have problems. The available apps are very few and don't have many of the ones pictured in the advertisements. The descriptions really make me feel suspicious as they seem to be a bit shady.
For instance, PSPlay has an icon of the Playstation buttons, but the description reads: "Hold the handle Don't underestimate the power of Photoshop"
I have been trying to work with support to get updates and the new advertised functionality, but that has been slow going since it seems like there is no real source repository for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Support and the site has been a little touch and go. There's no link for manuals and software downloads to update the firmware. The phone numbers on the support page are all out of date and no one can provide an update. The chat app seems to be formed with an AI that is mostly fed generic content and doesn't know how the website is set up and it's information also seems out of date.
Overall, I am considering taking the loss and giving away my glasses and moving to one of the competitors or to something like the XR Elite or Quest Pro.
It took about 10 days to receive the product. I guess it was shipped from Asia. But the product is legit. Pairing the glasses with my steamdeck is a no-brainer. Customer service is all right.
