Feeling skeptical about the legitimacy of this website? Good you should. I have ordered a pair of glasses and was giddy as could be to receive them, however after the designated time it takes to process an order passes, I still didn’t getting any shipping updates. So I messaged customer support, and didn’t get a reply for the longest time, so I looked up this website on a website scam detector and it said this website was most likely a scam. So I told my bank and they reimbursed me. I used the money, bought a different pair and then dream glass finally replies and my order ships( without any updates on shipping mind you) now the money got taken out of my bank account and I’m stuck with being 500 dollars in debt. After an issue like this I’d message customer support, but I wholeheartedly believe a lawyer and court date would have a faster payout
It took about 10 days to receive the product. I guess it was shipped from Asia. But the product is legit. Pairing the glasses with my steamdeck is a no-brainer. Customer service is all right.
I think these glasses are really good for travel. Small and portable. Been using it for domestic flights.
I have been enjoying the screen so far. A quick question, where can I download 3D SBS videos? I thought you guys provide some download sources?
